Andal Software was introduced in 1988, our product is Andal PayMaster, a software package for HR, Payroll, Income Tax and Attendance for Indonesian Market.
We are currently has almost 500 clients ranging from Services companies, Manufacturing, Financial institution and Hospitality industries.

• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, previous experience leading .Net projects
• 3+ years experience in the role across a range of environments and with large systems in particular Microsoft ASP .Net
• Experience with C# + ORM + Relational/ Non-Relational DB
• Experience in designing MVC, oAuth/OpenID & WebAPI solution
• Provide technical design, implementation and engineering leadership for architectures and solutions
• Develop, implement and maintain solution architecture best practices and standards
• Interact with executives and management team to learn the business objectives and propose creative solutions to meet those objectives
• Experience with source control management systems including Git and continuous integration/ deployment environments
• Evaluate and improve design methodology and propose alternatives and solutions to meet business needs and quality of products
• Mentor and coach other staff, such as software developers, system engineers and database administrators
• Well-versed on OOP & OOAD, deep understanding on SOLID principles
• Experience with Cloud Technology (AWS/ Azure)
• Familiar with Refractoring & Design Pattern
