PT Adicipta Carsani Ekakarya or well-known as ACE, is subsidiary company of PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi or the more widely known by the name AdIns (www.adins.com). AdIns established in April 2000 and currently is the one of largest IT Companies in Indonesia with hundreds of employees.

In beginning, ACE is the one of division of AdIns that founded in 2006. ACE focuses on Human Resource Services. Because ACE is also growing incredibly, it was decided to form its own company.

• Manage software implementation project and handle client requirements

• Implementing HRIS application to other companies

• Create documentation of the project implementation

• Preparing documentation needed for the project

• Giving proper business solution to client’s current business process

• Maintenance Client request

• Women, Age 22 – 28 with Bachelor Degrees, have a good communication and negotiation skills

• Good at analyze business process and able to create functional documentation such as user requirement document

• Experienced to implement for HR application project as Implementer or Quality assurance or IT consultant for at least 1 years is a plus

• If you experienced to handle HRIS Application is a plus

• If you understand Human Resource business process is a plus

• If you good and familiar with Database using SQL Queries is a plus

• If you able and understand to create Flowchart, Activities Diagram, and other diagram is a plus

• Fresh graduate who good with technical and functional documentation are welcome

• Willing to be placement in Jakarta
