PT Adicipta Carsani Ekakarya or well-known as ACE, is subsidiary company of PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi or the more widely known by the name AdIns (www.adins.com). AdIns established in April 2000 and currently is the one of largest IT Companies in Indonesia with hundreds of employees.

In beginning, ACE is the one of division of AdIns that founded in 2006. ACE focuses on Human Resource Services. Because ACE is also growing incredibly, it was decided to form its own company.

• Proactively identify, clarify and prioritize business ideas, needs, and problem that require technology enablement through a mobile application
• Define detailed business requirements by gathering input from different stakeholders within the client organization
• Understand target audiences needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative concepts and functional components
• Create and prepare documentation of the project implementation
• Prepare presentations for project teams and stakeholders
• Execute, assist and prepare document for User Acceptance TestProvide input to IT project plans in areas of high
• Participate and assist Test Teams in quality assurance reviews to ensure that all the business requirements have been statified

• Having experience 2-4 years (middle to senior) as Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Have experience in IT Project Distribution or Supply Chain Management
• Experienced to create System Design (UML Diagram, ERD, or etc)
• Proven experienced in ERP Project for operation, inventory management, Warehouse management, finance and accounting, or Commercial module is point plus
• Able to documented all existing business process in detail into project document such as BRD (Business Requirements Document) or etc
• Understand and have experience to get involved in projects that use SDLC Waterfall methodology
• Strong in requirement gathering and analysis.
• Have open mindset, strong individual, and have business oriented thinking
• Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
