We are a Financial technology company focused on creating “inclusive” technologies that will benefit the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME). Our current focus area is in the creation of cloud bases Human Resources (HR) systems and Payroll systems.

• Build and maintain Backend APIs built on top of Django.
• Build robust and maintainable code by having clean code and unit tests.
• Build systems with microservices in mind.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Our ideal candidate will :

• Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering (Computer), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably have min. 2 year(s) of working experience in web development (front and backend).
• Knowledge in at least one of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
• Knowledge of messaging systems and protocols (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
• Knowledge in Celery, Kong, Elassandra would be a plus.
• In-depth knowledge in python programming language.
• Object Oriented programming knowledge required.
• Knowledge in Unit Testing would be a plus.
• Knowledge in Django, Flask would be a plus.
• Fluent English (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge in Docker would be a plus.
