The day-to-day activities :

• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Build and deploy performant modern web applications
• Architect efficient and scalable backend systems
• Write high-quality code that communicates with upstream backend services via HTTP APIs
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues

The must haves :

• 2 years of relevant software development experience with 2 full software lifecycles
• Experience with cloud environments, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proven expertise in developing cloud-based, scalable software applications and services
• Experience deploying production applications to a public cloud (e.g. AWS)
• Familiarity with the whole web stack, web protocols, and web performance optimization techniques
• Proficient understanding of the HTTP protocol

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Node.js framework (e.g. Express, Nest)
• Experience with TypeScript
