• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language, Communication or Advertising. Fresh Graduate applicants must show their language ability with TOEFL >500 or IELTS > 6.0. Experienced applicants must show their work portfolio. 
• Very active involvement in various social media, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Kaskus, and or other online blogs and communities 
• Good writing skills 
• Excellent in both English and Bahasa. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively manage own time 
• Good communication skill, oral and written 
• Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) 
• Knowledgable with UX writing
